Our products also have slow speed blade for blending the products to provide uniformity and high degree of dispersion. Individual operation of both the blades is possible simultaneously at a time as required. These are able to disperse and agitate the material from low to high viscosity. The mill base from the tank inner wall is scraped by the low speed blade. Moreover, high speed shear type Impeller disperses it. This helps in making the machine powerful in processing products of high thixotropic properties.

For Acrylic Distemper, Plastic paints interior & Exterior and premium quality water base paints with twin blades- both blades can be individually operated or simultaneously at a time as required for high solid paint product better dispersion without affecting the temperature on the product. which is under production  very easy to discharge and clear due to our innovative technology.
