We offer limpet coils in various configurations, which have half round mild steel or stainless steel pipes welded on the outer surface and on the bottom dish of the reactor. The coiling can be double end for both heating and cooling applications through limpet coil. Limpet coil welding is performed using high quality filler rods depending on designing of the limpet coil to withstand design pressure. Special drive system is designed for maintenance & trouble free performance.

One fluid flows inside the tubes, while the other hows on the outside of the tubes. The major components of the exchanger are the tubes, shell, front & rear end heads & tube sheets. Generally battles are also provided on the shell side to prevent stagnation of the shell side fluid & promote better heat transfer.
